Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Yauheni Babanin (Polish sole proprietorship) ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and shares information when you use RapGame (the "App").
By using the App, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the App.
1) Who we are (Data Controller)
- Legal entity: Yauheni Babanin (Polish sole proprietorship)
- Address: Sandomierska 15/16, 02-567 Warsaw, Poland
- Privacy contact: therapgameapp@gmail.com
- DPO: Not appointed
2) What data we collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Audio or recordings you choose to create or use in the App, where recording features are available.
- Information you send to us when contacting support.
2.2 Automatically collected data
- Usage and analytics data — events such as app opens, onboarding steps, screens viewed, practice sessions, feature usage and selected in-app actions.
- Identifiers — internal, installation and device identifiers used for analytics, attribution, subscription management and fraud prevention.
- Attribution and advertising data — install source, campaign information and selected conversion events through Adjust and Meta SDK. On iOS, access to the IDFA is subject to App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission.
- Purchase data — subscription product, purchase status, entitlement status, trial, renewal and cancellation information through Apple/Google and RevenueCat. We do not receive full payment card details.
- Diagnostics — crash logs, device/app information and performance data through Firebase Crashlytics when enabled.
- Technical data — app version, device model, operating system, language, approximate region derived from network information and similar technical metadata processed by our providers.
We do not intentionally collect precise geolocation, health data, contacts, or payment card numbers.
3) SDKs and service providers
We use third-party services to operate, analyze and market the App. The main services are:
- Amplitude — product analytics and in-app event measurement.
- RevenueCat — subscription status, purchase validation, entitlement management and subscription analytics.
- Firebase (Google) — Firebase Analytics for usage analytics; Remote Config for remote feature/configuration management; and Crashlytics for crash diagnostics when enabled.
- Adjust — mobile attribution, campaign measurement and selected in-app/conversion events.
- Meta (Facebook) SDK — app events, advertising attribution, conversion measurement and campaign optimization.
- Apple App Store / Google Play — app distribution, purchases and subscriptions.
These providers may process limited device, identifier, usage, purchase, diagnostic or campaign data necessary for the services above. We do not intentionally send private freestyle recordings, microphone audio, lyrics, passwords or payment card details to Amplitude, Adjust, Meta, RevenueCat or Firebase Analytics.
4) Why we process data (legal bases)
- Provide the App and premium functionality — performance of a contract.
- Manage purchases, subscriptions and entitlements — performance of a contract.
- Analyze usage, improve the App, debug issues and prevent abuse — legitimate interests and/or consent where required.
- Measure advertising and attribution — consent where required, including ATT on iOS for tracking that requires Apple permission.
- Comply with tax, accounting and other legal requirements — legal obligation.
5) Tracking, advertising and ATT
We may use Adjust and Meta SDK to measure installs, advertising campaigns and selected conversion events. On iOS, where Apple requires App Tracking Transparency permission, we request that permission before accessing the IDFA or performing tracking that requires consent. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", we respect that choice. Core App functionality remains available.
We do not sell personal data for money. Certain advertising measurement activities may be treated as "sharing", "targeted advertising" or similar processing under some laws; where required, we provide the applicable consent or opt-out mechanism.
6) Microphone and recordings
The App may request microphone access for freestyle or recording features. Access is requested through your device permission settings. Recordings are used only for the feature you choose to use. We do not use private recordings for advertising analytics and do not intentionally send them to the analytics/attribution SDKs listed above.
If a future feature sends audio or transcriptions to an external speech-recognition or AI provider, this Privacy Policy will be updated before that processing is introduced.
7) Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share limited data with the service providers listed above only as necessary to operate the App, manage subscriptions, analyze usage, diagnose issues and measure marketing. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.
8) Data retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, legal obligations, security, fraud prevention and dispute resolution. Analytics, attribution, diagnostic and purchase records may be retained according to our settings and agreements with the relevant providers. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or de-identified where reasonably possible.
9) Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain tracking or advertising uses. To exercise a privacy right, contact therapgameapp@gmail.com. We may need to verify your request.
10) International transfers
Some service providers process data outside Poland or the EEA, including in the United States. Where required, transfers are protected through mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other legally recognized safeguards.
11) Children
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where parental consent is required by law. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
12) Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No electronic system is completely secure.
13) Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the App, our SDKs or applicable law changes. The latest version will show the updated date and will be made available through the App and/or our website.
